actually, I'm not very much of a chocoholic, it just happens that the last few desserts I've made have been heavily choco'ed. but just to be clear, I'm more of a non-baked, cookie basis, cold cakes type of person. e.g. my white chocolate cake or this condensed-milk/lemon cake.
